Honua Biomass Gasification and Electrical Power Plant

PSI is providing the permitting and environmental assessment expertise that Honua Power, LLC needs in order to develop its proposed waste-to-energy facility at Campbell Industrial Park, O‘ahu.  This includes preparing a Chapter 343 EA/FONSI, preparing and helping to process obtaining a variety permits, including a Conditional Use Permit, Air and Wastewater Treatment permits, and other site development permits.
