KIUC Borrower’s Environmental Report to the Rural Utilities Service (RUS)

PSI is preparing a Borrower’s Environmental Report (BER) in accordance with the Environmental Policies and Procedures as outlined in 7 CFR Part 1794 by the Department of Agriculture, Rural Utilities Service (RUS). The report supports KIUC’s loan application for its 2009-2012 Construction Work Plan, which contains over 80 projects and/or construction work items.
