Makena B. White
Mr. Makena White has been with Planning Solutions, Inc. since 2000 and is the Senior Planner and GIS Specialist. He has worked on a wide range of projects including environmental planning and impact analysis at the state and federal levels, alternative energy development, water resource management, habitat conservation planning, park and wilderness area master planning, and environmental permitting. Through these efforts he has developed familiarity with HRS Chapter 343 and National Environmental Policy Act processes and requirements. By consistently creating carefully researched and presented work products, Mr. White has worked successfully on behalf of our clients to obtain necessary permits and approvals, building relationships with County, State, and Federal regulators and agencies along the way.
